- 1 tsp. baking powder

- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- 240ml (8 fl oz.) unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 150g (5.3 oz.) blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper or silicone liners.
- In a small bowl, combine the ground flaxseed and water. Let sit while you prepare the remaining ingredients.
