Meet Catriona
I hold a Diploma of Vegan Nutrition — and I still couldn’t figure out dinner. I was barely hitting 60g of protein a day, defaulting to toast by 5pm, and restarting every Monday.
That’s when I realised the problem wasn’t knowledge — it was systems. So I built one. And then I turned it into a business.
Built by Plants is where nutrition science meets real life — for women who want to eat well without it becoming a second job.

Cat gives some great resources to help you get started with weight loss without being restricted or making you feel deprived. Lots of helpful recipes too that are quick and easy!
Just finished Cat’s 12 week program and am so happy with the whole experience. I have had a HARD time losing weight before working with her but was able to lose 19.6lbs with her guidance!
I used to find myself on the see-food diet most of the time, and I was starting to see the effects on my body. Catriona Humphries' 12 week program has helped me trim down on the puppy fat and helped me develop good habits to ensure I can keep the weight off. Would recommend!

Finished the 5 day challenge! Was given a lot of information and was surprised I lost some weight! Great program.
Loved it !! If you want to challenge yourself mentally to out side your comfort zone , give it a go , you have nothing to lose apart from meeting like minded women and eating fantastic food😀
